Trust & Estate Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join a growing legal practice in Southwest Florida. This role is ideal for a seasoned attorney with expertise in estate planning, tax strategies, trust and estate administration, and business succession planning who is looking to expand their practice and build lasting client relationships.

Trust & Estate Attorney Responsibilities:

• Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on estate planning and wealth preservation strategies.
• Develop tax-efficient estate, transfer, and business succession plans.
• Handle trust and estate administration matters and provide guidance to fiduciaries.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional legal counsel.
• Mentor junior attorneys and oversee complex legal matters.
• Support the growth of the practice through business development efforts.

Trust & Estate Attorney Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) and eligibility to obtain Florida Bar admission if not currently licensed.
• 10+ years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and related tax matters.
• Experience representing high-net-worth individuals and business owners.
• Proven business development success with a portable book of business.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, client service, and analytical abilities.
